"One Small Step (Song for Michael Collins)" is the third single from Space Donkey and the Moonbouncer's forthcoming EP, "T-Ball Strikeout," to be released on August 23, 2019.

It is a tribute to the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 mission, and one of the more frequently overlooked men involved: Michael Collins.

One of the greatest ever days in human history

This is a special story

Born on Halloween
Did so much for his family
He even overcame a difference in religion

He was more graceful than a vixen

He only wanted to complete Kennedy’s vision

His natural state was in mid-air
Stayed in tune in the face of lethal danger
He was a man who had it all and more, a milestone career
But to his crew he was nothing but a stranger
